How long does shipping take?
We offer fast local and international delivery. Shipping typically takes 5–18 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We’re truly sorry if your order arrives damaged or defective.
At Kruworld™, your satisfaction matters.
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kruworld.com, including clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once we verify the issue with our supplier, we’ll arrange a replacement, a partial refund, or the most suitable solution.

Claims are handled in line with our supplier’s policy. - Resolution may take up to 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for minor packaging damage or customer misuse.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return window if you’re not satisfied with your order.
To begin a return or exchange, please email support@kruworld.com within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be unused and in original packaging'
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged).
- Not all items are eligible for return due to supplier restrictions.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Our system begins processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email support@kruworld.com within 6 hours of placing it.
While we cannot guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to help before your order is shipped. Once processing begins, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.
