Thank you for shopping with Kruworld. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To start a return, you must contact us first at:

⚠️ Do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
  • We will provide clear instructions on how and where to return the item
  • Customers are responsible for return delivery costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items
We do not accept in-person returns or walk-in visits.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is:
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos sent to support@kruworld.com, and we will resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Perishable goods (food items)
  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
